Maar een vraagje, waarom gebruik je 3 tenen knoflook en nog een theelepel knoflookpoeder?

Ik heb dit Boeuf Stroganoff recept nu meerdere keren gemaakt, wij vinden het zo lekker! Maar ik heb een vraag, waarom gebruik je zowel verse knoflook en knoflook poeder?

Trouwens, de recept voor pittige rundvlees – wow! Mijn man was er helemaal weg van! (Voor mij een beetje heet, maar wel lekker!)
